John Solmonese launched Solmonese Search Partners (SSP) in 2020 to serve leaders and organizations in the nonprofit, mission-driven sector. The firm provides services in three different areas: executive search, leadership coaching, and executive resume preparation.
Throughout his professional career, which includes 15 years in the field of advancement and an equal period of time in executive search, John developed productive partnerships with his clients and strong relationships with candidates. He takes a strategic and enterprising approach to the work and recruits and advises individuals who have a positive and profound impact on the institutions they serve.
SSP advises leaders and partners with a variety of organizations in the nonprofit sector, including institutions of higher education, academic medical centers, arts and culture organizations, and community-based advocacy groups. The firm thoughtfully and deliberately identifies, cultivates, and stewards leadership talent; collaboratively works with clients; and diligently builds relationships with individuals.
